The USC Center for Work and Family Life (CWFL) is a one-stop destination dedicated to helping USC faculty, staff, and their benefits-eligible partners and dependents maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives, optimize workplace performance and relationships, improve wellness and behavioral health practices, and explore career development goals. Since 1980, CWFL’s licensed professional staff have supported USC’s workforce with confidential, no-cost services delivered in a timely and caring manner and tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
With locations at both University Park and Health Sciences Campuses, and with the flexibility of meeting via phone or secure video conference, CWFL’s services are highly accessible and convenient.
